How to become an EPIC vendor including: the application process, our current vendors and who to contact.

EPIC negotiates and procures a range of e-resources from vendors under all-of-country licences. It also forms sub-consortia to provide members with content options tailored to specific interests and/or sectors.

How to become an EPIC vendor

EPIC is guided by the recommendations of our member libraries.

If you are interested in adding e-resources to EPIC’s collection you will be asked to:

  1. Provide the EPIC Manager with information about your product to send out to member libraries.
  2. The EPIC Manager will then forward that information out to the EPIC members and ask for expressions of interest in the product.
  3. If there is enough interest from the EPIC membership then we will negotiate with you to provide access to your product to our members.
