I have had a few libraries contact me about access issues to Oxford Art Online and Oxford Music Online. I have logged a technical support query about this with Oxford University Press.

Issues accessing the OED via IPauthentication

I have been getting reports from a number of NZ libraries that their IP authentication into the Oxford English Dictionary is not working and that they are being prompted for a login. (This doesn't seem to be a problem with other OUP resources).

Ancestry Library Edition access issues

Apologies to non-Ancestry Library Edition subscribers, please don't read any further.

I have been getting calls in from some libraries that are having issues with Ancestry Library Edition. When they try to access Ancestry, they are getting prompted for a login. This should not be happening.

Thank you again for all your support and patience through the subscription confirmation process...this year I have discovered the joys of colour coding and sorting spreadsheets and I have you all to thank for that!
