Gale Cengage Welcome Letter
9 May 2012
Following on from the message that I sent out earlier in the week about the new Gale Cengage contact. This week, Gale Cengage have e-mailed out a welcome letter to the key contacts at all the EPIC libraries that re-subscribed to the Gale Cengage products through EPIC in 2012. As it was only sent to 1 person per organisation, I thought that I would also send a copy of it out to the EPIC e-mail group in case you miss it.

If your library has requested a new subscription through EPIC and have yet to hear either directly from the vendor or from me about your set up, please send me an e-mail so that I can sort it out ASAP.

RE-SUBSCRIPTION REMINDER
This is a quick reminder that the deadline for returning your EPIC subscription renewals for 2012-13 is this Friday 23March. As pricing for the EPIC Packages is divided proportionately among member libraries we need to hear back from all our member libraries in order to finalise pricing and invoicing for 2012-13.
