Accessing usage stats
Guides to monitoring the use of your EPIC subscriptions and tips for improving their use.
To get the full value from your subscription, monitor the usage of your products and adjust the set-up accordingly.
All the EPIC vendors provide access to administration modules that run statistical reports for each product. In some cases these can be customised.

For RDS Databases: Contemporary Women's Issues, Business and Industry, Business and Management and TableBase.

The Knowledge Basket
Go to The Knowledge Basket Portal http://portal.knowledge-basket.co.nz. If you have IP authentication you will get in straight away. Configuring the Products
While some EPIC products cannot be changed, others allow tweaking of default settings for interfaces, displays and other features through the administration modules. In these cases, you can make changes so the presentation of the products better matches your customers’ needs.
